1.Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Mehmet Deniz ("we", "us") covering the AI Girlfriend mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you must use the App in a way that is lawful where you are.
3.What the App Is
The App is entertainment. The characters are fictional and their messages, images and voice notes are produced by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and nothing they say is fact, advice or a promise. The App is not a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for anything unlawful, or attempt to make it produce unlawful content;
- involve, depict or reference minors in any way;
- harass, threaten or impersonate a real person;
- reverse engineer the App, or reach our servers by any means other than the App;
- resell, redistribute or automate access to the App or its content.
Content the App produces is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.Moderation and Reporting
Automated content filters apply to conversations. You can report or block a character or a message from inside the App, and you can clear a conversation or delete your account at any time from Settings. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.
6.Credits and Purchases
Some features use credits. Credits are a licence to use features inside the App: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn, and are lost if you delete your account. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and prices are shown in the App before you buy.
7.Subscriptions
A subscription is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them directly.
8.Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the App. Features may change as the App develops.
9.Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you use it at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10.Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated version. Questions: aigirlfrienddev@gmail.com.
