This policy explains what the AI Girlfriend mobile application ("the App") collects and why. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1.Information We Collect
The App does not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and there is no sign-up. We collect:
- A device identifier. A random identifier generated on your device so your credits and conversations survive a restart. It is not your advertising ID.
- Your messages. What you send to a character, so a reply can be generated.
- A display name, if you choose to give one.
- Purchase records. Confirmation from Apple or Google that a purchase was made. We never see your card details.
- Basic technical data. App version, language, country and crash reports.
2.How We Use It
To run the App: to generate replies, to keep track of your credits and subscription, to prevent abuse, and to fix problems. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3.Service Providers
To generate a reply, the relevant part of your conversation is sent to an artificial-intelligence provider that produces the text and, where applicable, the voice. We also use providers for hosting, storage, crash reporting and payment processing. Each acts under its own terms and may process data outside your country. We share only what is needed for the service to work.
4.Retention and Deletion
Conversations are stored on your device. Clear Chat removes the messages in a conversation, and removing a match deletes that conversation.
Settings → Delete Account deletes your account. It erases the App's data on your device, and on our side it deletes your display name, your matches, your message history and your balances. This cannot be undone.
The one thing we do not delete is the record of purchases made through Apple or Google, which we are required to keep for accounting and refund purposes. Those records contain no profile information about you.
5.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase the information we hold. Email aigirlfrienddev@gmail.com from the device in question, or include the Device ID shown in Settings, so we can find the right record.
6.Security
Traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit, access to server data is restricted, and payment details never reach us. No service can promise perfect security.
7.Age
The App is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
